PTR6060 - Invoice will not generate after returned rental items are sold

Enhancements:
PTR6073 - Enhancement - Open Receivable Aging - Add designator to
highlight invoices with different terms
The Open Receivable Aging Report displays a customer's default payment terms
in the header line of the report. This enhancement will add an
asterisk (*) next to any invoice that does not match the customer's default
terms.
PTR6072 - Enhancement - Add
Index for 'Stk Loct' when browsing asset items
An index has been added for Stock Location in the Asset Item table so users
will no longer be prompted to create a 'temporary index' when sorting a list
of asset items by location.
