PTR5921 - Enhancement - Manually Extended
Billing (Adjustable) With this enhancements you can set a date that RCMS will generate it's next invoice through. For example, if a contract starts on 9/1 and is billed for 3 days (9/4) and the client decides they would like to keep it for the rest of the month. You can set the "Next Bill Through Date" to 10/1 and then RCMS will generate an invoice for 9/4 - 10/1. This feature is available with Billing Type = Adjustable Billing and is enabled by setting "Recurring Frequency" to "Set Manually". Note that when this is enabled, RCMS will not generate an invoice for the contract unless the "Next Bill Through Date" is later than the end date of the last invoice. |
